We discovered this object on May 14.75 2013 UT in the Tsinghua University-NAOC Transient Survey (TNTS),and the magnitude of the object on unfiltered CCD was about 17.5 mag. Checking our earlier images, we found that it can be detected in the TNTS images taken on Apr.28, with the unfiltered magnitude of about 18.0 mag.
