D. Grennan, Raheny Observatory, Dublin, Ireland, reports a follow up observation of PSN J16154486+3157477. The object is seen on a stack to 10x60second frames taken with a 0.35-m Schmidt Cassegrain and CCD camera. The observation is timed at 2012 09 20.8499UT. Precise astrometry and photometry is difficult due to the proximity of the new object to the core of NGC 6103 the following astrometry and magnitude estimate will have a mean error in both RA and DEC of 0.5". RA=16:15:44.80 DEC=+31:57:48.4 (J2000) Mag.+16.1 (+/- 0.5m) This image is available at the following URL; http://www.webtreatz.com/images/J16154486+3157477.jpg
