Discovered by B. Dintinjana (mag. 18.2) on four unfiltered images, taken by J. Skvarc on 2015 Aug. 5.829-5.868 UT with 60-cm, f/3.3 Cichocki telescope at Crni Vrh Observatory the course of the Comet and Asteroid Search Program (PIKA). The object is 1" E and 6" N from the center of the apparent host galaxy, catalogued as SDSS J163032.17+091346.5. Nothing is visible at this position on several Digitized Sky Survey red and blue images from the Palomar Sky Survey. This transient was observed on 2015 08 14.80477 by G. Masi, remotely using the 17"-f/6.8 robotic unit part of the Virtual Telescope Project facility, at Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Ceccano, Italy. 120-seconds exposures, unfiltered, show the source at mag. 17.9 (R mags for the reference stars from UCAC-4). We also performed astrometry, getting the following end figures: 32.21; 52.6 (J2000.0, mean residuals of 0.1" on both axes).
