Discovered Koichi Itagaki, Yamagata, Japan using 0.60-m f/5.7 reflector + unfiltered CCD (BITRAN BT-21) under the limiting magnitude= 20.0; http://www.k-itagaki.jp/images/6577.jpg. Itagaki found a pre-discovery image of this PSN on a frame taken on 2011 Aug. 4.577 UT (mag.= 17.9) using the same instrument; position end figures 19s.13, 13".9.
