Possible new nova in Sagittarius. Discovered by John Seach, Grafton, NSW, Australia. DSLR with 50 mm f/1.2 lens. RA 18 17 58.37, Decl -20 27 25.2 (J2000). Magnitude 9.3. Object visible on 3 images. No object identified at position on 3 images taken with same instrument on July 06.354 UT. No minor planet or variable star at position. No object on DSS2-red.
