Discovered by Ryoichi Irie, Toyooka, Hyogo, Japan, on single frame (60-s exp. limiting mag 17.0) taken by Takahashi epsilon-180 (18cm/F2.8 reflector) and Nikon D600 camera. Nothing is visible at this location on the frames taken on 2020 Apr. by same instrument.

F. Watanabe (Nayoro Observatory, Hokkaido, Japan) reports that no optical counterpart was observed at the predicted position with a 5-sigma upper limit R >20.51 on Jal. 17.50 UT using a 0.4-m f/10 Meili telescope.
