Flare of the red dwarf Gaia DR2 4262504494421640192? Position end figures for this source are 21.74s in RA and 34.6" in DE (equinox J2000.0, epoch J2015.5; Gmag. 13.85, parallax 21.0836 ± 0.0687 mas, distance 47.37 ± 0.15 pc). Patrick Schmeer (Saarbrücken-Bischmisheim, Germany)

No object brighter than magnitude 13.3 (unfiltered with V zero-point) is visible at the NMW survey images obtained 5 hours after the discovery, consistent with the event being a UV Ceti type flare. The WCS-calibrated FITS images of the field may be found at http://scan.sai.msu.ru/~kirx/img/TCPJ19032161-0054332/ An X-ray source 1RXS J190321.8-005448 located 16" from the transient position might be related to the flaring red dwarf.
