Discovered by K. Hatayama, Japan. PSN was found on a frame taken on 2012 Oct. 9.491 UT using 0.25-m f/6.3 Schmidt Cassegrain + unfiltered CCD under the limiting magnitude = 16.5. PSN is confirmed on the following five frames taken during 35 minutes without motion. Nothing is visible at this location on a frame taken on 2010 July 18.727 UT. But he found there is a very faint star (out of his limiting magnitude) on DSS.
