Discovered by Tadashi Kojima, Tsumagoi,Gunma-ken, Japan, on three frames(5_s exp) under limiting mag.= 13.5 taken by Canon EOS 6D digital camera + 135mm f/3.5 lens. Nothing is visible at this location taken on 2022 Sep29.601 UT under limiting mag.= 14.2, Mag=13.5 taken by Canon EOS 6D digital camera +200mm f3.2lens.

This transient was observed on 2022 10 01.81034 by Andrea Mantero from C77 - Bernezzo Observatory using 0.25-m f/4 reflector - CCD Atik 314L Scale 1,33"/pixel. Stack of 2 unfiltered b1x1 frames x 90 sec. guiding exposures, show the source at 11.8 Mag.
