T. M. Smirnova and N. S. Chernykh (Crimean Astrophysical Observatory).
Measurer: Smirnova. Reduced at the Institute for Theoretical
Astronomy, Leningrad. Communicated by G. R. Kastel'.
T. Seki (Kochi Observatory, Geisei Station). From Orient. Astron.
   Assoc. Comet Bull. No. 103.
E. Roemer, R. A. McCallister and S. Waaland (University of Arizona).
Steward Observatory's 229-cm reflector, Kitt Peak. Condensation
at apex of fanshaped coma extending 0'.1 to the southeast.
   Measurer: Carolyn McCarthy.

Dr. Kastel' also provides the following elliptical elements,
determined by her from the 11 Crimean observations. Perturbations
by Venus to Pluto were taken into account. The elements (which are
the basis for the ephemeris on IAUC 2770) indicate that the comet
passed some 0.4 AU from Jupiter in 1963 and that before then a =
6.2 AU, e = 0.08.
