NOVA VULPECULAE 1976
     E. P. Aksenov, Sternberg Astronomical Institute, communicates
the following photographic magnitude estimates by N. Gorynya: Oct.
20.696 UT, 8.8 (prediscovery); 26.684, 7.6; 26.726, 7.9.

     S. Rucinski, Dominion Astrophysical Observatory, Victoria,
provides the following photoelectric observations. The measurements
were made relative to 7 Vul, for which the values V = 6.32, b-y =
-0.016, m1 = +0.082, c1 = +0.465 were determined.
