   with condensation, tail < 1o; Oct. 19: no condensation, no tail.

     Parabolic and elliptical orbital elements have been determined
by the undersigned as follows.  The elliptical elements are more
probable and are used for the ephemeris computation.  The three accurate
positions depart from a great circle by 63".
