The offsets from the nuclei of the parent galaxies are 10" west, 14" south, and 2" east, 9" south, respectively. 1982 RA A. W. Harris, Jet Propulsion Laboratory, informs us that photometric observations at Table Mountain Observatory on Sept. 22.2 UT gave V = 14.8, B = 15.5, with little variation over 1.5 hours.
