     Visual magnitude estimates: June 16.125 UT, 11.5 (D. Green);
17.222, 11.2 (C. Morris).  These and several other observers report
this object as varying by 0.3-0.4 mag in times as short as 20 min.

     The following orbital elements, by the undersigned, are based
on 27 observations, May 27-June 16 (see ephemeris on IAUC 3955).
