this comet as being short-period (from 30 observations, Jan. 9-May
30, mean residual ~ 1"0):  T = 1983 Dec. 27.7994 ET;  Peri. = 219.1674,
Node = 356.1606, Incl. = 51.7937 (1950.0); e = 0.952404; a = 28.52173 AU;
n = 0.0064705; q = 1.357523 AU; P = 152.3 years.  The ephemeris on
IAUC 3933 changes very little (Aug. 8 ET, Delta-R.A. = +0m01,
Delta-Decl. = +0.2).
