Kosai, Tokyo Astronomical Observatory, telexes that Minoru Honda, Kurashiki, has discovered an object, presumably a nova, at R.A. = 19h14m1, Decl. = +3deg39' (equinox 1950.0). The object faded from mv = 10 on Dec. 2.40 UT to mv = 12 on Dec. 7. It could not be found on a plate taken on Nov. 29.
