Seki, Geisei, notes that his observations on Nov. 3 of the object called 1986 UD on IAUC 4267 show a very faint and diffuse coma surrounding a central condensation, and T. Urata (who discovered the object on exposures at Ojima by T. Niijima using a 0.30-m f/5.8 reflector) now confirms the object's cometary nature. Further positions, also by K. Suzuki and T.
