COMET WILSON (1986l)
The following orbital elements, taken from MPC 11429, yield
for the 'original' and 'future' (barycentric) 1/a the values
+0.000030 and +0.000756 (+/- 0.000025) AU-Q, respectively,
suggesting that the comet is a 'new' one from the Oort Cloud.
