J. Mueller reports that J. Phinney discovered a fast-moving
asteroidal object on an exposure by P. Moniot and C. Brewer on Feb. 27
with the Oschin 1.2-m Schmidt telescope in the course of Palomar Sky
Survey II. She has measured the following positions from that and a
follow-up exposure on Feb. 28:
