SUPERNOVA 1991ar IN IC 49
     A. V. Filippenko and T. Matheson, University of California at
Berkeley, have reexamined their spectrum of SN 1991ar (cf. IAUC 5347).
They confirm that the object is probably of type Ib (cf. IAUC 5346),
rather than type II. The line previously attributed to Na D is most
likely to be He I 587.6-nm, and other features correspond to those of
SNe Ib a few weeks past maximum brightness.
