     The following orbital elements by the undersigned are from 61
observations, 1846 Mar. 4-1995 Sept. 22 (mean residual 2".2; cf.
IAUC 6232):

                    Epoch = 1995 Oct. 10.0 TT
     T = 1995 Oct.  6.0235 TT         Peri. =  12.9708
     e = 0.962734                     Node  =  79.6210  2000.0
     q = 0.658959 AU                  Incl. =  85.3981
       a = 17.682741 AU    n = 0.0132550    P =  74.357 years

The elements for epoch 1846 Mar. 5.0 TT are T = 1846 Mar. 6.044 TT,
e = 0.96302, q = 0.66384 AU, Peri. = 12o.907, Node = 79o.703, i =
85o.118; these also suggest T = 1922 Apr. 8.4 TT.  The ephemerides
on IAUC 6232-6233 agree with those computed from this orbit to
within about 0'.5 on Oct. 30.
