PERIODIC COMET D'ARREST (1970d)
     Dr. Elizabeth Roemer, Lunar and Planetary Laboratory, telegraphs
that she has recovered this comet with the Steward Observatory's
229-cm reflector on Kitt Peak.  The comet is diffuse, with
condensation, and close to the prediction on IAUC 2191.
